How do you assess your grade?

Self-assessment of your grade is a comprehensive process that includes analyzing experience, knowledge, skills, and work results. For a middle+ Go developer, I would evaluate myself based on the following criteria:

• Technical knowledge: confident proficiency in Go language, understanding of the standard library, experience with goroutines, channels, understanding of design patterns.
• Development experience: participation in medium and high complexity projects, ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Understanding of architecture: knowledge of microservices construction principles, REST API, working with databases.
• Teamwork: experience in code review, communication with colleagues, ability to explain solutions.
• Self-learning and growth: eagerness to learn new technologies and improve skills.

If I consistently perform medium complexity tasks independently, can solve non-standard problems with minimal help, participate in architectural discussions, and help colleagues — this corresponds to the middle+ level.
