How do you use AI tools at work? How much do you trust them?

I actively use AI tools for automating routine tasks, code generation, and data analysis. For example, I use models for code autocompletion and error detection, which speeds up development and improves quality. However, I do not rely on them without critical analysis — I always verify results and make corrections if necessary. My trust in AI tools is moderate: they are very helpful for standard tasks, but complex architectural decisions and optimizations require human experience and understanding of the context. This approach allows me to use AI effectively as an assistant, rather than a replacement for a developer.
