Tell me about the team: which team you worked in, its composition and size.

In one of my recent teams, I worked with 7 people: 4 developers, 1 team lead, 1 QA engineer, and 1 product manager. The team was cross-functional and was responsible for developing microservices in Go for a high-load financial platform.

The main focus was on clean and maintainable code, as well as automating CI/CD processes. Interaction took place through daily stand-ups and weekly planning meetings, which allowed for quick response to changing requirements and efficient task distribution.

Within the team, I was involved in architectural design, code review, mentoring junior developers, and also participated in developing key system components that ensure high performance and fault tolerance.
