How do you rate your level: middle, middle+? What is missing to reach senior level?

The middle+ level indicates a confident command of the basics of the Go language and experience working with typical development tasks, including working with goroutines, channels, the standard library, and basic design patterns. It lacks the depth in architectural thinking, experience in system-level performance optimization, as well as skills in managing complex projects and mentoring teams to reach senior level. A senior developer can not only write code but also make architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
