What do you want and what don't you want in your new job?

In a new job, I want interesting and challenging tasks that allow for professional growth, as well as a comfortable team and reasonable management. It is important to have the opportunity to influence architecture and processes, rather than just perform routine tasks.

I do not want bureaucracy, micromanagement, or a lack of transparency in decision-making. It is also undesirable to work under constant stress and without a balance between work and personal life.
