A typical Go development team usually includes the following roles:

• Developers — the main part of the team, responsible for writing code, testing, and maintenance.
• Testers (QA) — responsible for quality assurance, writing automated and manual tests, conducting load testing.
• Analysts — involved in gathering requirements, formalizing tasks, and interacting with the customer.

The team size can vary from 5 to 15 people depending on the project. For example, one of my teams had 8 people: 5 developers, 1 tester, 1 analyst, and 1 team lead. Having testers and analysts significantly improves the quality and speed of development, as each focuses on their area of responsibility.
