Tell about your experience at T-bank: how you came, how you left, what the team looked like.

At T-bank, I joined as a middle Golang developer. The team was cross-functional, consisting of 6 people: backend developers, frontend, testers, and a product manager. We worked in Agile with two-week sprints, actively used code review and CI/CD.

During my time there, I participated in developing microservices for transaction processing and integration with external systems. I left voluntarily to develop in a different direction, leaving behind well-documented code and several performance optimizations.

The team was friendly, with good communication and support, which helped quickly solve emerging tasks and implement new technologies.
