Tell about your current team and project.

In my current team, we are developing a high-load backend service in Go that handles a large number of real-time requests. The team consists of 5 developers, including myself, and we work closely with the DevOps and QA departments. My role involves developing new features, optimizing performance, and refactoring code. We use a microservices architecture, gRPC for communication between services, and actively employ testing with unit and integration tests. Stability and scalability are important in the project, so we focus on profiling and monitoring.
