Who used the search service?

The users of the search service included both internal company employees and end users of the product. Internal users were, for example, managers and analysts who used the service for quick access to data and reports. End users were clients searching for information about products or services through a public interface.

To ensure convenience and speed of search, we considered different usage scenarios: from simple text search to filtering and sorting results. We also collected feedback from users to improve the relevance of the results and the interface.
