Tell us about your motivation to enter the market and what you want to find at a new place?

My motivation for entering the market is related to the desire to apply and develop my skills in Golang on larger and more interesting projects. I want to find a team where code quality, architectural approach, and the ability to influence technical decisions are valued.

I'm looking for a place where I can not only solve complex problems but also share experience with colleagues, participate in product and process development. It is important that there is a culture of continuous learning and support for innovation.
