What are your important criteria when choosing a job? What is a definite yes, and what is a definite no?

When choosing a job, the following criteria are important to me:

• Technology stack and tasks. I want to work with modern technologies and solve interesting, challenging problems that contribute to professional growth.
• Culture and team. It is important that the team is professional, open to knowledge sharing, and maintains a healthy atmosphere.
• Opportunities for development. Mentorship, training, participation in conferences.
• Flexibility and balance. The possibility of flexible schedules and remote work.

What is definitely not suitable:

• Lack of transparency in processes and communications.
• Monotonous work without prospects for growth.
• Strict micromanagement and a toxic atmosphere.

Example: if a company uses outdated technologies and is not interested in updating them, this is a minus for me.
