In Russia, the employment record book is an official document confirming work experience and employment history. If you have entries in the employment record book reflecting your work as a Golang developer, this can serve as proof of experience. However, in the IT field, recommendations, portfolios, GitHub projects, and certificates are often additionally used, as the employment record book does not always reflect the specifics and quality of work.
