The current team at Nordite consists of 8 people: 5 developers (including myself), 1 team lead, 1 QA engineer, and 1 product manager. We work using Agile methodologies, hold daily stand-ups, and have 2-week sprints. The team is geographically distributed, so we use tools for remote collaboration.

In my previous position at Legion, the team was smaller — 4 developers and 1 team lead. There, I performed a broader range of tasks, including architectural decisions and client interactions. Processes were less formalized, which allowed more freedom but required greater independence.

In both cases, I actively participated in code reviews, planning, and process improvements, which helped maintain the quality and efficiency of the team’s work.
