What was the employment format at your previous workplaces — TК or GPH?

At my previous workplaces, I had experience with both employment contracts (TК) and civil law contracts (ГПХ). An employment contract provided social guarantees, leave, and sick leave, which are important for stability. ГПХ was more often used for project work or freelancing, where flexibility and lack of bureaucracy were advantages.

The choice of format depended on the company and the nature of the work. In large organizations, they usually prefer ТК, while in startups or outsourcing — ГПХ.
