As a developer, I focus on writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code, solving technical problems, and actively participating in team discussions. My experience allows me to make technical decisions independently and suggest improvements.

Regarding leadership functions, I am ready to take responsibility for architectural decisions, team coordination, and mentoring if required. In such cases, I strive to ensure transparency of processes, distribute tasks considering the strengths of team members, and maintain communication.
