What format do you prefer: TК, IP, GKH?

The choice between an Employment Contract (EC), Individual Entrepreneur (IE), and Civil Law Contract (CLC) depends on several factors:

• EC (employment contract) — a classic format of employment relations with official registration, social guarantees, leave, and sick leave. Suitable for long-term stable work where protection and social benefits are important.

• IE (individual entrepreneur) — when the developer is registered as an entrepreneur and provides services under a contract. Allows flexible work with different clients, optimizing taxation, but requires independent accounting and lacks social guarantees like an EC.

• CLC (civil law contract) — a contract for work or services without formal employment. Convenient for one-time or short-term projects but does not provide social guarantees and may be less protected from the perspective of labor legislation.

Personally, I prefer the format that matches the nature of the cooperation:

• For permanent work — EC.
• For freelance projects or if there is a desire to run a business — IE.
• For one-time tasks — CLC.

It is important to consider legal and tax aspects, as well as personal preferences and goals.
