How do you feel among colleagues in terms of level? What do you lack for growth?

I feel confident among colleagues, but there is always room for growth. For further development, I would like to deepen my knowledge of distributed systems architecture and improve my skills in performance optimization.

It is also important to develop soft skills: the ability to communicate effectively and lead technical discussions, which helps to better interact within the team and make more balanced decisions.

I plan to participate more in code reviews and learn new approaches in Go and related technologies to broaden my horizons and bring more value to projects.
