User input management with asynchronous request synchronization

Create a small React application that:

• Contains a text input field;
• Initiates a server request each time the value changes;
• Displays the server's response below the input field.

Special implementation conditions:

• Show a loading indicator while the request is in progress;
• Do not send a request if the input field is empty;
• Ensure correct operation when responses are received in any order – only display the result of the last sent request.
