What do you strongly dislike and are dissatisfied with in your work?

In my work, I am often dissatisfied with the lack of a clear technical assignment and constant changes in requirements without notification. This leads to rework and a decrease in code quality.

It is also irritating when communication processes are inefficient: for example, the absence of timely feedback or unclear task priorities. This complicates planning and executing work.

In frontend development, it is important to have a stable development environment and clear standards, and their absence also causes inconvenience and reduces productivity.
