Tell us about your ProHR project: who was involved, and what was the most difficult part?

I developed the ProHR project in a team of five people: two front-end developers, two back-end developers, and one designer. My task was to implement the user interface and integrate with the API.

The most challenging part was ensuring smooth operation with a large volume of data and implementing a convenient filter and search for employees. For this, we used React with hooks and Redux for state management, which allowed us to optimize rendering and improve performance.

We also had to address issues related to interface responsiveness and data security, which required close collaboration with the back-end team.
