For me, compelling arguments when choosing a company or project are:

• Interesting technical challenges and opportunities for growth. It's important that the project is a technological challenge and allows for professional development.
• Culture and team. A good atmosphere, support from colleagues, and openness to new ideas make work comfortable and productive.
• Product impact. The desire to work on a product that provides real benefits to users.
• Work-life balance. Reasonable expectations and flexible schedule.
• Technology stack and processes. Modern tools, automation, quality code, and development processes.

For example, if a project uses interesting technologies, supports code review and training, and the team is open to discussions — this is a strong plus for me.
