In my role in the frontend team, I had experience both in making independent decisions and supporting the project leader.

• Team Lead: In some projects, I acted as a team lead, responsible for task distribution, code reviews, architectural decisions, and communication with other teams.

• Right hand of the lead: In other cases, I was the deputy leader, helping to coordinate work, resolve technical issues, and ensure code quality.

• Independent decisions: I was trusted to make decisions on technology choices, implementing complex components, and optimizing performance.

• Delegation of roles: Usually, roles were distributed based on the experience and specialization of team members. The lead set tasks and controlled deadlines, while developers took responsibility for specific modules or functionalities.

This approach ensured a balance between centralized management and developer autonomy, which increased team efficiency and product quality.
