In one of the projects, the designer proposed a complex animation effect that significantly slowed down the page loading and worsened the user experience, especially on low-end devices. In such a situation, it is important to find a balance between visual appeal and performance.

For me, the key when working on a product is convenience and efficiency for the end user. If the design interferes with these aspects, it is necessary to discuss compromises with the team and the designer, possibly simplifying animations or offering alternatives while maintaining the overall style and goals of the product.
