Describe your average workday during the best times of the project. Who were the team members and what were their roles?

In the best times of the project, my average workday started with a short stand-up where each team member shared their task status and potential blockers. The team consisted of about 5 people: two frontend developers, one backend developer, a designer, and a tester.

Frontend developers handled user interface implementation, API integration, and performance optimization. The backend developer was responsible for server logic and API support. The designer created mockups and maintained visual consistency, while the tester wrote and ran automated and manual tests.

Throughout the day, we actively used version control systems, conducted code reviews, and discussed architectural decisions. Regular meetings with the product team were also held to clarify requirements and priorities.
