In my experience working with frontend development, requirements have come in different forms. Sometimes I received ready-made technical specifications from analysts or product managers, where the functionality and design were clearly described. In such cases, I focused on implementation and clarifying details as I progressed.

In other projects, I had to gather requirements independently by communicating with clients or end-users. This included conducting interviews, analyzing business processes, and forming technical specifications. This approach helped me better understand the tasks and propose optimal solutions, especially when requirements were not fully formulated.

Thus, I am accustomed to working with both ready-made requirements and participating in their collection and clarification, which improves the quality of the final product.
