How do you see your further development — more in development or trying management?

I see further development depending on the current interests and capabilities of the team. If you enjoy delving deeply into technical details, creating quality code, and solving complex problems — I plan to develop as a developer, deepen my knowledge in frontend technologies and architecture.

If there is an opportunity and desire to influence processes, help colleagues, and organize the team's work — I am open to considering a path as a manager, for example, a team lead. This will allow me to develop communication, planning, and project management skills.

Ideally — to combine both directions: to be a strong technical specialist and at the same time be able to lead the team towards a common goal.
