The reasons for leaving the first company can vary: desire for professional growth, seeking new challenges, mismatch with corporate culture, or lack of prospects. For example, I aimed to expand my knowledge in modern frontend technologies, but at the first company, there was no opportunity to work with new tools and frameworks, which became the decisive factor for changing jobs.
