In one of my projects, I was able to significantly improve frontend performance by optimizing resource loading and implementing lazy loading of components. This reduced the initial page load time by nearly half.

Additionally, I initiated the adoption of a component-based design system using React and Storybook, which simplified UI element reuse and accelerated the development of new features.
