What do you like about your work, and what do you dislike or find irritating?

What I like about the job is the opportunity to create interfaces that make users' lives easier and more convenient. It's especially interesting to see how your solutions impact the interaction experience with the product. I also enjoy constantly learning new technologies and tools.

What irritates me is when a project is poorly structured or lacks documentation, which makes it time-consuming to understand someone else's code. I also dislike when requirements constantly change without explanation, making planning more difficult.
