Have you ever missed a deadline? How did you realize in advance that you wouldn't make it, and when did you inform about it?

If I realize that I am not meeting the deadline, it usually happens at the task assessment stage or during development when I encounter unexpected difficulties. To notice this in advance, I regularly track progress and compare it with the plan, as well as consider possible risks.

I report the delay as soon as it becomes clear that the deadlines are at risk — this can be during daily stand-ups or through a personal message to the manager. It is important not to delay so that the team can adjust plans or help solve problems.
