If you receive multiple offers simultaneously, how will you choose? What role does money play in the decision?

When choosing between several offers, I would evaluate several factors:

• Tasks and technologies: how interesting they are and whether they align with my professional goals.
• Team and culture: whether it will be comfortable to work with colleagues, and how much the company supports development.
• Growth opportunities: whether there are prospects for learning and career advancement.
• Conditions and compensation: salary level, bonuses, social package.

Money plays an important role as it reflects the value of my work and provides comfort, but it is not the only criterion. I prefer a position where the balance between interesting work, development, and decent pay is optimal for me.

For example, if one offer offers more money but the tasks are boring and there is no development, and another offers slightly less salary but interesting projects and a good team, I would lean towards the second.
