In a new workplace, I pay attention to several key aspects:

• Technology stack and growth opportunities. It's important that the technologies are modern and allow for professional development.
• Team culture and processes. Good communication, transparency, support, and knowledge sharing.
• Significance and interest of projects. Work should be fulfilling and challenging.
• Work-life balance. Flexible schedule and respect for personal time.

For example, if the company actively uses React and TypeScript, and encourages learning and knowledge exchange, it is a big plus for me.
