I want to share an experience of implementing component load optimization in a large frontend project. This allowed us to reduce the first render time by 30%, improving the user experience.

There was also an incident where insufficient testing of new functionality led to a failure in production, resulting in temporary inaccessibility of part of the service. This failure taught me the importance of test automation and more thorough quality control before release.
