Why are you looking for a new job? What was unsatisfactory at your previous job?

I am looking for a new job to develop professionally and work on more interesting and large-scale projects. At my previous job, I was dissatisfied with the limited scope of tasks and lack of opportunities for growth, as well as the insufficient level of team communication.

It is important for me to work in a team that values initiative, supports learning, and implements modern technologies. I strive to apply my skills in a more dynamic environment and gain new experience.
