What do you think, what do you currently lack to grow into a confident senior?

To become a confident senior front-end developer, I currently lack experience in architectural design of large applications and deep expertise in browser-level performance optimization. It is also important to develop mentoring and team management skills to effectively transfer knowledge and coordinate work.

Additionally, I would like to better understand modern trends in UI/UX to create interfaces that are not only technically high-quality but also user-friendly. Working with new technologies such as WebAssembly or progressive web applications will also help broaden my professional horizons.
