Who was responsible for the front-end architecture — you yourself or analysts?

In my projects, responsibility for the front-end architecture usually fell on me as a developer. Analysts most often formulated requirements and business logic, but it was I who made decisions about the application's structure, technology choices, component organization, and state management. This approach allows for better control over code quality and flexible adaptation of the architecture to technical tasks and project changes.
