How were tasks distributed among you within the frontend development team?

In task distribution within a frontend development team, skills, experience, and current workload of each member are usually taken into account. The following approaches are often used:

• Division by functional areas (e.g., layout, logic, API integration).
• Assigning responsible persons for specific components or modules.
• Using Agile approaches (Scrum/Kanban), where tasks are taken from the backlog for a sprint and prioritized.

In my practice, we held planning meetings where we discussed the complexity and volume of tasks, after which each person chose tasks that matched their skills and interests. If necessary, senior developers helped with more complex tasks or redistributed the workload.
