At what stage of development or implementation was the project when you joined your previous employer?

When I joined the previous employer, the project was in the active development stage. Major architectural decisions had already been made, but most of the functionality was still being implemented.

This meant that I could influence the implementation of new features, improve the existing code, and suggest optimizations, but I also had to consider the existing architecture and team standards.

Such a stage allows for a quick immersion into the project, gaining experience with real code, and simultaneously participating in the product's development.
