In my previous team, the following key roles were present:

• Product Owner — responsible for requirements gathering and prioritization.
• Scrum Master — ensured the development process and removed obstacles.
• Flutter Developers — directly wrote code, implemented UI and logic.
• QA Engineers — tested the application, wrote automated tests.
• Designers — created mockups and visual elements.

The team was cross-functional, which allowed for quick response to changes and effective collaboration. Usually, the team consisted of 5-7 people, ensuring good communication and flexibility.
