Describe the composition and structure of the team you worked in on your first project.

On my first project, the team consisted of several key roles:

• Flutter Developers — responsible for writing the application code, implementing UI and logic.
• Tester (QA) — checked the quality and stability of the application, wrote test cases.
• Project Manager — coordinated tasks, deadlines, and communication within the team and with the client.
• Designer — created layouts and visual interface elements.

The structure was quite flat, with regular meetings to discuss progress and resolve arising issues. Each participant was responsible for their area, but there was open communication and support.
