In one of my Flutter projects, I took responsibility for integrating a new payment system. I organized the work plan, assigned tasks to team members, monitored deadlines and quality of implementation. I also conducted code reviews and assisted colleagues with technical questions, which allowed us to successfully and on time implement the functionality.
