Tell us about your experience conducting and receiving code reviews at your previous workplace.

In my experience with Flutter, code review was an important part of the development process. During reviews, I paid attention to code readability, adherence to architectural patterns (such as BLoC or Provider), as well as performance and UI optimization. When receiving feedback, I tried to be constructive, asked clarifying questions, and quickly made necessary adjustments. This exchange of opinions helped improve the quality of the application and increased team cohesion.

Example: during a review, I might suggest replacing a StatefulWidget with a StatelessWidget if the state does not change, to improve performance and simplify the code.
