What are your plans and expectations for professional growth in the new company?

In the new company, I plan to actively develop my skills in Flutter, deepen my knowledge of application architecture and design patterns. I expect to gain experience working on real projects, improve my teamwork skills, and master best practices in mobile app development. In the future, I aim to reach the middle level, then senior, by participating in more complex tasks and possibly mentoring newcomers.
