In my practice, mentorship included helping junior colleagues master Flutter and Dart, code review, and solving problems together. I tried to explain architectural decisions, best practices, and assisted with debugging.

For example, I conducted code reviews, pointed out possible improvements, and recommended using patterns such as Provider or Bloc for state management. I also organized small training sessions and answered questions, which helped colleagues adapt faster and improve team work quality.
