How did you receive tasks in your previous projects?

In previous projects, I usually received tasks through a task management system, such as Jira or Trello. The manager or team lead would assign tasks with descriptions and requirements, after which I planned their execution. Sometimes tasks came directly as tickets or emails, and in some cases — they were discussed during daily stand-ups or meetings, where priorities were distributed and details clarified.
