1 — Beginner level: familiar with the basics of Dart and Flutter, can create simple interfaces. 2 — Basic level: can work with main widgets, navigation, and state. 3 — Intermediate level: understands application architecture, can work with asynchronous operations, and integrate APIs. 4 — Advanced level: experience in optimization, custom widgets, complex animations. 5 — Expert: deep understanding of Flutter, development of complex applications, participation in the framework's development.

Speaking about myself, I would rate my level around 3, as I am well-versed in the basics and can create full-fledged applications, but I am not an expert in complex optimizations and internal mechanisms of Flutter.
