The following aspects may concern me when working on a new project:

• Lack of clear documentation — this complicates understanding the architecture and business logic.
• Unclear requirements — when tasks change frequently and without explanations, it reduces efficiency.
• Poor team communication — hinders collaboration and problem-solving.
• Lack of process automation — for example, manual testing or deployment, which increases the risk of errors.

I would prefer to avoid situations where there is no opportunity to learn and grow, as well as when processes are not transparent and not structured.
