How do you work on developing your technical skills and knowledge?

To develop technical skills, I regularly study specialized articles and documentation, take online courses, and participate in webinars. Practice is a key element: I create my own projects or participate in team projects to apply new knowledge in practice. It is also useful to exchange experiences with colleagues, participate in technical discussions, and read the source code of popular DevOps tools.
