Main aspects of interaction:

• Asynchronous communication: Preference is given to tools like Slack, Miro, Confluence for discussions and decision-making. Important points are documented.
• Planning: Stand-ups and important meetings are scheduled at times minimally inconvenient for all participants. "Floating" stand-ups at different times of the day are often used.
• Documentation: Deep and up-to-date documentation (architecture, processes, decisions) is critically important. Avoid oral agreements that require synchronous presence.
• Tools: Use of task trackers (Jira, Asana) with detailed descriptions of tasks and expectations. CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI) with triggers on git events for automation.
• Cultural features: Cultural characteristics and holidays of different countries affecting colleagues' availability are taken into account.
• Summarizing: Important decisions and meeting outcomes are always summarized and sent to the team.
• Time for concentration: Sufficient time is provided for focused work without constant interruptions.

Example of an asynchronous work process:

• The team from Europe finishes the workday, leaving a detailed status and open questions in Slack/Confluence.
• The team from Asia starts the workday, reviews the status, answers questions, works on tasks.
• The team from North America starts the workday, reviews the Asian team's results, continues tasks, leaves a status.

This allows maintaining a continuous development and operation process, minimizing blockages due to colleagues' absence.
