In one of the projects, a situation arose where, after infrastructure updates in production, services started experiencing frequent failures due to software version incompatibilities and incorrect network rule configurations. This led to downtime and user dissatisfaction.

To address the situation, I:

• Conducted log analysis and identified the root cause — version mismatches and firewall configuration errors.
• Organized a team for quick rollback of changes and restoring functionality.
• Made changes to the deployment process, adding testing and configuration verification stages in an isolated environment.
• Set up monitoring and alerts for early detection of similar issues.

As a result, we managed to minimize downtime and improve system stability moving forward.
